How is your service special?

There are two main big differences. First is we want to work with all games, large or small. Second is that we have our artists play the game as well as interact with its online communities when designing its merchandise. That way we can come up with unique designs that fit its communities and we can offer something for everyone.

Where's my favorite game?

We're contacting the owners of every game you suggest to us. We're doing everything we can to be officially licensed by the owner so we can start making you awesome merch!

What can I do to help my suggestion get listed?

First, email the games support. Ask about merchandise and suggest us! Post about it on social media and link it to our site. We appreciate your support.

Can I have my fan art on official merchandise?

We absolutely love fan art of all types. Send it in to us and we will review it. If it is appropriate we will put it on merchandise. We will include your name or game username in the product description or keep it anonymous if you wish.

How long is shipping?

Processing your order and preparing your purchase for shipment generally takes 2 - 5 days. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping options you choose. (2 - 5 days + Chosen shipping time)

Do you accept returns?

Do you do size exchanges? 

Long story short, sometimes. It depends on the item, condition and time since purchase. Contact us if you'd like to exchange a product.
